...IN MY MIND, THROUGH PASTA

I recently bought a pasta maker (below!) and my life has been changed forever. All it takes is three ingredients, the press of a few buttons, and buon appetito - fresh, homemade pasta in a matter of minutes. I was skeptical that 1) it was as easy as promised 2) it would taste meaningfully better than my go-to boxed De Cecco, but I was quickly proved wrong and I really don't know what life was like before this magic machine. And no better time for homemade spaghetti than quarantine. This recipe has become a favorite, paired with a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, or two ;).
